My understanding is that they follow the NCAA requirements, which is in turn the minimal requirements. State and others have a more strict policy that results in disciplinary action on the first violation. I think OM's was ok until the 3rd time you're caught, which is why you see pics of Kimcheech hitting a bong and Tunsil wearing a weed mask.

Update: UNM petitions NCAA to count Liggins loss against self imposed penalties. Now willing to accept 8 over 3 and backdate dismissal to 2015 season.
