Questions for those who watches the Preacher

Is the guy who fell out of the airplane a vampire? Also the force that has possessed the preacher is it good or bad?

Yes he is an Irish vampire. I haven't watched this week but I don't think the spirit is good or bad. It went into different people and exploded all of them except Jesse. It went into the really good preacher at the beginning in Africa and went into the bad guy in Russia who was head of the Satanic church. I think Jesse is just in the middle enough that he didn't explode. I think they are making it somewhat different than the comic but you can get more of a clue if you look up the comic on Wikipedia if you really want to know.

I finally got impatient enough that I looked up some stuff.




As you figured, the irish guy is a vampire. The force in the preacher is neither good nor bad. It's a being that is the I guess love child of an angel and demon. Really going to be interesting how in the world they translate the comic to a tv show. A lot of the characters going forward won't present as humans, so it will be interesting to see whether the show presents them like the comics, which will be really hard to do without looking cheesy, or if they diverge from teh comics and every character is basically in human form.
