The silence is deafening. Mainly due to the fact that for months they were so out in front of the situation trying to control the narrative thru the state media dumbasses that bought every word that UNM uttered and thier blog types. But like Dan Wolken said yesterday whats in the NOA must be very damning or they would have released it. If not they have the dumbest PR department in history because the longer they remain silent the more and more guilty they look and they continue to loose in the court if public opinion which is totally out of character for them.

I agree. But I think a big part of the process he was referring to in several of his statements is the process of who all is getting fired and if he and Bjork can survive as well. I think that is the real process the UNM administration is looking into

Only partially. If he and Bork didn't needlessly and impulsively shoot their mouths off so much over the past three years, they might have avoided the NCAA's attention to the degree they've received it. Also, Freeze letting Sexton pressure him into pressuring Tunsil to sign with him was pretty damn stupid and could end up being what caused the lid to be blown off this thing.
