ACT Tips and Tricks
My daughter is taking the ACT soon and hoping to increase her score from 23 to the 25/26 range. Other than taking a prep course, any other advice for increasing her score?

Buy a book on Amazon and do practice tests. While she will probably hate doing it, the more familiar you are with the format the better you will do. I did it on the SAT ages ago and raised my score 30 points from the 1st to the 2nd test. My daughter just took it the first time and got a 24. She is taking it again in June and wants to hit the 26-27 range. She wouldn't listen to me about doing more practice, so I think that first one in was a little eye opening.

Go to Waynesboro. I've heard that has helped a lot of people.

It's the roller coaster of hope that this program keeps us on that makes it hell being a State fan. - CadaverDawg, 10/15/22
