Here are the facts.. that can't be Spun.
There is a Letter.
It involves a high number of violations over multiple years and sports including during Freeze's tenure.

a 90 day clock has begun sometime.

We won't know anything else until the Letter is released via FOIA or when the case is finally settled.

He's full of shit. He might know what OM plans to propose, but after OM responds to the NOA they will meet before the COIC and then the NCAA will render a verdict. Nobody knows what that verdict will be.
