    I think it's a good idea to get rid of Sumlin now before things get worse personally.

    Sumlin comes with a nice $20mil buyout price tag. They better make damn sure they want to fire him.

    It looks like he's lost total control of that program at this point........

    Course it may be inevitable. With no QB I could see them really struggling next year and that would prolly be the final nail in the coffin anyway so may be better off to just cut ties now. Course, that would prolly kill recruiting too.

    Don't see $$$$$ getting in the way of getting rid of Sumlin, if that is what they decide to do. A&M has more money than God.
