    Matt and the MHSAA playoff broadcast.

    So,on Fridays HeadtoHead, Matt alluded to this situation. Said he would elaborate on Monday or Tuesday.
    Any of you have the scoop on the story?

    Must say the show was good with Dick being absent.

    It was BS. The Oxford people didn't want Matt calling their game because he went to MSU. And he couldn't switch to do the 6A game because of a prior engagement.

    So is Cross banned from MSU? I doubt it. Not that I think anyone should be banned from anywhere.

    I will say that oxford high's sport related antics are above and beyond the things that occur at their local university.

    They only made themselves look ridiculous and petty. Let's remember this incident the next time an Ole Miss person calls anyone of us "obsessed".

    Matt is a really good announcer and I've always enjoyed listening to him. And no question he would have been completely objective. It's their loss. And speaking of, karma got Oxford HS last night in their loss where D.K. Rice...I mean Metcalf was stopped just short of the goal line for the loss.
