    Totally disagree. Offensive line recruiting has shit the bed. We've been highly successful on offense. We have 254 yards of total offense. But Dak has been sacked 6 times and it could have been 10 if Dak wasn't as mobile as he is.

    I know Bama has an all world DL, but we continue to lose big games, especially against Alabama, because our OL gets shoved around in crunch time against good teams. We have to address this going forward.

    This isn't about play calling. It's about the running game and the offensive line. No running game this year to help balance things. Offensive line is mediocre.

    We're simply not on bama's level to state the obvious. We can compete with the mid level teams, but won't seriously contend until we recruit better. Some years like this one its the OL, other years its something else. As they say, it is what it is..............

    Yep. I realized several years ago that perhaps with QB as an exception, a good OL is more important than any other unit on offense. With a good line a mediocre RB will be adequate. Same goes for passing game.
