That's what that game was. Now that we have a team that can compete, we've gone ultra-conservative.
The whole 'go through your 3rd, 4th, and 5th reads instead of 2 reads and go' is so stupid when the best part of your offense is the QB running.
Dak getting to his 3rd and 4th reads may make him a 'smarter' QB, but it definitely doesn't make him a better one.
