    can you do me a favor and ask Dan why he preaches "relentless effort" and "strain" to the players, yet he coaches like a giant P U S S Y.

    Strain....that's the stupidest stuff we've come up with, it's forced and it's lame.

    Only thing this team and coaching is straining is my marriage and my dogs ability to walk after I punted him across the living room!

    Hey Dan why don't you fricken strain to find an effective offense you numb nut.

    We didnt have to STRAIN or put any EFFORT into taking a giant shit on the field tonight. It came out pretty easily.
