So is this the way the 'new' Ncaa attacks?
They cannot subpoena court documents or testimony. Attorney client privilege has stopped them in their tracks. Following the money does no good because they have no legal standing to look at bank accounts that aren't offered.
But the whole agent-athlete relationship thing can unravel everything. If I were a UGA booster that had the rug pulled out on me when Tunsil changed his mind, I'd be shoveling money at the jilted stepdad right now as fast as I could to get him to talk about anything he has first hand knowledge of.
