Amazing how the momentum and perceptions start to come out this time of year.

Uneducated Booger strikes again in response to Aschoff's article

@AschoffESPN @SECbooger yeah. That felt like Mississippi State's Wake Forest 2006 type year.

    What is Booger talking about?

I always find it amazing that media tends to always pin the reason for our success on the one thing we lost from last year, thus allowing them say we will stink. Ludicrous

so in back to back days the auburn homer, the OM homer, and the LSU homer all come out publicly and slam state. not surprised.

I'm just surprised Asschaps didn't work in the "2013 OM recruiting class default reference"

I hope they are all stupid enough to pick us last in the SEC

I might get slammed for this, but I actually thought our front 7 underachieved at times last season, especially late in the year. I think there may be a slight drop off there, but nothing major.

Funny you say that because I think that's exactly where we are headed with this.

It's downright amazing how reality gets distorted, but wait and see.

They will talk themselves into picking the team with the best QB in the SEC last in favor of teams that have enormous QB questions that have no obvious answer.

It's amazing how the media forgets what is important in football in football. In the NFL, it's understood that the teams with the best QBs are the best teams, but, for some reason, in college the media can't put those puzzle pieces together.

The Patriots, Colts, Packers, & Chargers are average to below average teams if you took their QB off the team, but everyone understands it in the NFL, but they can't figure that out at the college level.

The media is seriously creating momentum to rank the team that will have one of the best 2 offenses in the SEC next year (Auburn) last in the SEC West. It's mindless

I was just having this conversation with a gump a while ago. He says that we have a good QB but nothing to go with it. We lost McKinney, Smith, Wells, JRob, and Lewis, etc. and we are returning nobody to support Dak. All I could do is laugh... let them all be surprised again....

it's going to make it SOOOO much more fun this season. They have no clue how loaded our roster is right now. We're a legitimate SEC 3 deep at a lot of spots and are only lacking elite SEC talent at maybe one position among our starters... and we have young studs there too. The team, as a whole, will be better this year than last year. I just hope the schedule doesn't take control and grind them up.

I tried to convince him that we lost some experience, but actually upgraded in talent.. We'll be waiting on the tide to roll into S-Vegas.. he was laughing until I said, "what happened in Oxford"? and what was our score again? Who was driving for the win at the end of the game?

    silence......

And after we finish the regular season 11-1, these same asshats will say the SEC had a down year. It's more predictable than the sun rising in the morning.

F*ck them all, Asschaps included. I attempted to help him out last year before his preseason predictions to which he laughed. Let them continue to look like idiots with their predictions. Eventually their track record will be evaluated and their positions taken care of.

I can't wait to whoop LSU's ass in week 2. Our players are the only people that think we will win the national championship next year, and that's all that matters. I swear, we are the only team that could be returning the 1st team All-SEC and heisman candidate QB who lead us to a 2nd place finish in the SEC west last year, and still be picked to finished last in the west the very next year. Guess we will have to let our performance on the field next year do the talking again.

Last year very few thought we could beat LSU at their place, and beat Auburn at DWS. Turn the opposite trick this year and that's what it will take to regain that national attention and respect.

We all knew last year that the early LSU win was the key the get things rolling.

The road win at Auburn will be the big statement. How hungry will we be at the end of the regular season? Isn't that what we've been lacking? The Bama loss was the great deflator. We seemed to be uninspired from that point on.

    What will make the difference?

I think the lack of experience in the spotlight and carrying the #1 label was part of the problem. Dak getting dinged up at KY was also part of it. Dan and Dak both had a case of the nerves in the 1st half at Bama.

Seems there had to be some issues going on with Collins the last part of the season. The game plan and effort in Oxford was deplorable.

If we get on a roll and get back in the spotlight this fall, I think Dan and Dak will handle it better. And I'm very optimistic Diaz will do a great job for us.

At this point, we have to beat Alabama to get the respect we want along with continuing to beat the teams that we did last year.
