    Significantly more arrests.

    You can be sure this is a response to scenes like the street fighting those last two players were involved in. If folks start avoiding the square over fears of lawlessness a lot of money will be lost.

    Did I read that right? They got a federal grant to address crime hotspots and downtown Oxford and the Square qualified? That must be some serious crime issue they have going on there if that's true.
