Thinking about this made me think about Rodney Hood vs. Ravern Johnson.
In my opinion Ravern had the higher upside. He was more explosive and had a beautiful shot. Then why is Hood in the NBA and Ravern not?
Hood can pass well, and handles the ball adequately and plays decent defense. Ravern was terrible at all 3 things.
