Turkey Day and weekend cooking and drinking thread

Happy thanksgiving. We are having the usual. Fried turkey, glazed ham, sausage dressing, spinach and artichoke casserole, yam casserole, baked Mac n cheese, roasted corn, sweet rolls.

Not sure about the wkd yet.

Started with a lumberjack brunch of pancakes, sausage, and Bloody Mary's. Lupper will be infra-red fried turkey, dressing, green bean casserole, sweet potatoe souffl?, and cream corn. And a homemade key lime pie. Bought some Bulleit to have with my Rodriguez hand rolled cigar for real dessert.

Did our turkey in the charbroil oil less fryer. Best turkey we have done. That thing is outstanding.

Same thing I was cooking. Uses a little bit of oil and infrared heat to fry the turkey. Very crisp and juicy, without the clean up and expense of oil. My dad has had one for 3 years, and we love it. Been trying to get him to do a prime rib in one.
