    Weekend Cooking and Drinking thread

    I'm not sure what I'll have going on b/c I haven't decided if I'm riding to the coast on Saturday yet. What y'all got? I did have a subway sandwich for lunch

    I plan on relaxing with a few diet millers tonight. Not sure what I will cook yet though. Hopefully I will be about 25 feet up a tree the next 2 days and if I have any luck fresh backstraps will be on the menu.

    Did some pre vacation veal chops. Flying today to turks and Caicos for some sun. I would imagine a lot of alcohol and seafood for the next week.

    I decided to stay in town and not fish on the coast. There is absolutely zero tidal movement tomorrow. I'm not driving 3 hours for a half day (today) of fishing and no tide tomorrow. That means I'm cooking my signature catfish ruebens tonight. Pics will be posted.
