You don't mess around. Put holder out there before you get in a jam and you win 100%. Now he made it tough, but we won.
Put Holder in with 2 on and have him walk 3...now you are REALLY in a jam.
Central Arky is just a bad matchup for Holder. The do a good job of taking pitches. He could't get his fastball over the plate. Curve was rocking though.
