So I just had a whiskey tasting with my employees:

    1. Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon
    2. Makers 46
    3. Eagle Rare 10
    4. Red Breast Irish Whiskey 12

Also picked up a couple bottles of Sierra Nevada Single Hop Equinox IPA and a Sierra Nevada Terra Incognita. Thinking hot and fast back ribs tonight.

First off, pregame rib ends. These are generally super cheap, and if you can find them in your meat market, I highly suggest them. Rubbed w plowboys.

Next up are some snacks with whiskey cocktails (Old Fashioned) with Wild Turkey 101 Rye. If you can find it, make sure you add this to your cabinet.

Now the hot and fast back ribs are off. Again, rubbed w plowboys.

Wife is off to a wine festival, so me and the tiny girl are in for a night of football, Dora, blocks and ribs.
