    I hear ya. It's been a long damn week. Leftovers tonite but a 22oz cowboy ribeye marinating overnight for tomorrow night.

    I trimmed a bull red half shell into steaks (you really have too). Put a little bit of homemade marinade on them (olive oil, red wine vinegar, Parmesan cheese, garlic, herbs, etc... The redfish steaks are beautiful pieces of fish

    Got a porkloin in the big easy. Also nursing a few miller lites.

    Rubbed it down with cavenders and black pepper then injected it with allegro hot and spicy marinade. The family said it was the best porkloin ever. This cooker is one of the greatest things I have ever used. I have been wanting to cook a roast in it just haven't yet.
