Yankees fan who fell asleep during Red Sox v. Yankees game in Yankee Stadium is suing ESPN for being the subject of "an unending verbal crusade" by the ESPN crew. The amount he's suing for? $10 Million.....I hope the judge laughs and throws it out of court.
