    Wednesday night supper new recipe

    Anyone else cooking tonight? I'm about to try a new recipe tonight with chicken. I'll upload pics later, but for now, cin cin!image.jpg

    Well...here's the finished product. Grilled chicken with blackened seasoning that I cooked on my cypress grill. I also put a vidallia onion and some bell peppers on at the same time. I cooked some penne pasta and tossed it with spinach and baby greens in a red wine vinergrette. I added the sliced bell pepper and onion on top and sliced the chicken into strips to top it off. Crumbles of asiago cheese were added to finalize the meal. image.jpg

    Awesome...if you're an IPA fan. I first tried it at a beer dinner and I've been drinking it ever sense.
