    Ground Bacon and Sirloin burgers

    they're awesome. about a 3 to 1 ratio and they hold together pretty well. the best burger I've ever cooked at my house.

    Sounds great. Bacon always makes it better. Do you grind your own or did a butcher do it?

    Cool Al's (formerly Stamp's) in Jackson has a burger with bacon inside of it. They have several burgers with ingredients inside. Love that place.

    only place I know that sells them is a place in Duluth, GA called Patton's. Awesome meat market that I stop in every time I'm close.

    I haven't ground them myself, but have been thinking about adding a grinder and/or commercial slicer to my kitchen as of late. I'd like to buy whole hams, roast beef, etc... cook and slice them myself. A grinder may be more useful though considering my love of sausage, burgers, and lack of appreciation for not-cut deer meat.
