Hitting, Fielding, and ERA are all ok. What's not is the number of extra base hits and power numbers. It's one base at a time for us and why we lose so many close games.We also sacrifice bunt like damn mad men which further hurts us. We're at the bottom in saves as well.
Weaknesses are no power/no closer. Other than that we are a good baseball team

Can we teach Holcolm to change his grip, arm angle, and tempo to get him as a closer?
Grip, so he can get a little movement.
Arm Angle to add a little movement.
Tempo to attack hitters when he gets ahead.
