From what I've heard he simply just doesn't like it in Starkville.. if that's true he needs to leave
This makes no sense. Who cares if he and his family dread every second here if he is producing results? And before anyone tells me he does not produce results, when is the last time a new coach came in and took us dancing year 1 and 2? Ever? Jans is a professional and can balance his personal life with his professional career like anyone else. When he decides to leave, we all move on. Makes zero sense to run him off at this point

So basically we don't care if you like it here or not just go win! Lol that's simply ridiculous I want a coach who wants to be at State.. maybe I'm in the minority, that's fine I'll stay in the minority

He is a basketball coach, not a city rep? Yes, just win. That is all I care about

You sound ridiculous to me but that's your opinion and I won't try to change it

To me, the landscape has changed and loyalty doesn’t come into play like it used to.

It is what it is. I don’t like it though!

By this stance you?d rather have Arnett as our football coach instead of Mullen.

In a perfect scenario we would have a successful coach who loves MSU and Starkville but at the end of the day it?s a job. Coaches are hired to win games, everything else is secondary.

Who wants a coach with one foot out of the door and actively looking to leave?
