It's strange to me that some of you want a guy to stay who doesn't really want to be here. I have no issues with him or anyone else looking for better jobs but that shouldn't have gotten out to the public because thats how you lose the fanbase and recruiting. This makes no sense. Who cares if he and his family dread every second here if he is producing results? And before anyone tells me he does not produce results, when is the last time a new coach came in and took us dancing year 1 and 2? Ever? Jans is a professional and can balance his personal life with his professional career like anyone else. When he decides to leave, we all move on. Makes zero sense to run him off at this point
