I think this is the guy that saved Lemon's job.
He is a leader and does a great job with the pitchers. They needed that more than they needed a young Highfill. This staff needed a gutsy vet
He's really done a great job handling this staff. He keeps the pitchers focused and in the game. No surprise when Lemonis named Lo player of the game last week at Florida and gave him the shirt but Lo said Long deserved it more and gave it to long.
