Horrible job by the crew chief Jeff Head. You have to manage this better.
Also, the players were leaving their position anyway bc there were 3 outs. That's not the correct interpretation of the rule. Use some common sense.

He should never.. and I mean NEVER be allowed to call another game after this. Regardless of the situation, taking 35 mins to do this is unacceptable
