UCA also played in that time slot. BTW, I am an alumni of UCA, as I took a history correspondence course I needed from there my Senior year at State in "77. Professor told me to take the final home with me, complete, and get it back to her. Surprise, got an "A". UCA was a correspondence course powerhouse in the days before the internet. So I guess my alma mater won a nail biter today.*****

When Lemon bunted Larry, I called ballgame. You never give a pitcher a free out in that situation. Also, Jordan smh.

Hines and Jordan Achilles’ heel is that they still do not know how to shorten up the swing and put it in play. They only know how to swing as hard as possible.
A really embarrassing loss in every facet.

Would not have mattered. If he had swung away he would have hit into a double play. It's in this teams DNA.

Yep.
Pro coaches in football get strategy from college coaches. College coaches need to watch the pros for bunting strategy. It's almost always a bad move

Yeah I've never been a big fan of bunting, accept in very specific situations. What Earl Weaver said you only get 27 outs why give one away. Crappy game today, by pretty much everyone(players, staff, managers, etc..) accept for Johnny Long.

Thst is an example of LACK of Leadership! Those 2 guys in the middle go to the plate with one thing in their mind. HOMERUN. And a great opportunity for a real Head Coach to stand up and whittle Jordan dine to size by putting on the Squeeze play with the tying run at 3rd. But NOPE. Let's don't play the game thst is right in front of you! Let's bunt guys over giving up an out, but not willing to bunt again still just 1 out and tying run at 3rd.
But the fact they both pussed out is the bigger issue than trying a squeeze when the situation clearly called for it. Damn this team has no leadership.

Nah, I'm hoping that's a 5am wake up call to Jordan that you can't just let it rip all the time. You have to learn situational hitting

Also, I see that it is just us as a team that walks the either the tying run and winning run in. Apparently no other team will do that
