He's been solid on defense for sure, but if you are an auto out, you have to be Scott Rolen at 3rd. That was a play he should make, and it followed an AB where he swung at a terrible pitch that woulda been a 3-1 count.

He's been more than solid on defense. Yeah he should've made it and he knows it too. Crap even mlb players boot routine plays. It happens but as I said only 2 errors all year. Last year our 3bs were making 2 a game.

Yeah. He was trying to make the tag before having the ball. Cat should have never been on second to start with. A grooved fastball on an 0-2 count was a pitching mistake by a guy that should have already been out of the game.

Right. And I know everyone right now is kinda in a pissy mood cause we've been playing really well until today. Days like this are gonna happen in baseball though. Our pitchers shoved last night and theirs have today. Won't be the last time this year for either of those things.

I agree. You can't have a thin skin if you play this game because the trash talk is constant. Heck some of the worst stuff I ever heard was actually after my baseball career was done and started playing softball, serious softball gets nasty! Lol
