All season most likely. But I believe Dawgology, that the search has probably already started.
I want Tennessee's coach regardless of how unlikely that is, and how much of an asshole he is. He wins baseball games. He ain't leaving Knoxville TN for Starkville MS though.

Most of our draft picks are pitchers

This is very obvious but it needs to be stated again. We. Need. A. Tough. No Bullshit. Asshole. Coach that can handle the pressure. Everything feeds off of that and Lemon is not it. Dan McDonnell tried to help his friend. Unfortunately it did not work for us. Where is Cannizzaro number 2 who can really find ****ing ballers? Throw stupid money at vol coach yes, we need someone who demands and gets results and is not reading boards and cares what fans think bc he is mowing teams down and kicking ass! Lets go Zac Selmon!

This nonsense of cann finding ballers is just that. Nonsense. His recruiting sucked if you look at who committed to him and played here. Forsythe is the best inf he committed.

LF is hitting 320 at Ok State and perfect 1000 fielding.

This weekend he laid a perfect suicide squeeze to beat Arkansas in extra innings. Before the Arkansas game (14 innings of a 2-1 game), he was hitting close to 400. He seems to be balling in Stillwater. Let's see if he becomes an All Big XII performer to add insult to our injury.

Credit Coach34 for the heads up.

But is he doing the chest thump with 2 strikes?***

It troublesome that Forsythe and Alford could not field worth a damn in Starkville last year. 2023 Alford was worse than Tommy White as a fielder, 835. 2023 Forsythe was 884, he was a soft hitting and bad fielding SS. Even Mershon was 895.

Neither one has made an error a their new teams. Forsythe has had 35 chances in 7 starts; Alford 19 chances in 7 starts. Zero. Errors.
"After dealing with Ole Miss for over a year," he said, "I've learned to expect their leadership to do and say things that the leadership at other Division I schools would never consider doing and to justify their actions by reminding themselves that "We're Ole Miss.""

While it is interesting to see their starts so far- a couple of things:

    A) Slate's attitude was awful and his Deddy was way too involved constantly. Maybe a change of scenery is helping things

    B) Oklahoma State has a turf field which is obviously easier to field on.

I'm sure that starting over helped both. But, it's still a pretty stark
