I know it?s early but what?s going down for the weekend for the big game...

I’m smoking chicken quarters and gotta do something Philly related like cheese steak stuffed portobello caps

Philly cheese steak egg rolls and Grumpy’s BBQ nachos

Making gumbo with chicken, shrimp, crap claws, oysters, and sausage. It will be complimented with deer boudin.

I’m going slice a ribeye super thing and cook it, onions and peppers just like I would be making cheese steak. I’m going to lightly freeze some cheese whiz so it is somewhat hard to use as the cheese on half and use provolone with the other half. Put in egg roll and deep fry. Not idea if it’ll be worth a crap, but I didn’t want to do regular cheese steak sandwiches.
