On a side note, I purchased a Himilayan salt block last week. Anybody ever cook on one? Thinking of doing a rib eye but since I've never cooked on one, I might need to experiment before I screw up a $13.99 per pound hunk of heaven.

I've been trying to decide. Good ideas here. Red beans and rice was something I was considering, but those nachos sound ideal for the first half.
Gonna eat some Ruth's Chris in BR tonite. Then take what I want at the tailgates tomorrow because it's winning wkd.
I've decided on shrimp. Picking up some shrimp, potatoes, mushrooms and whatever else I'm in the mood for boiling tomorrow.
Got 1" ribeyes on the grill now with my bottle of birthday Four Roses Single Barrel compliments of my little Sis today. All good!
Going to cook a few quail stuffed mushrooms asparagus with some garlic and cheese bread
Had boiled shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage, and mushrooms tonight. Washed it down with some ice cold miller lite. It has been a great night. Weekend is off to a strong start.
