Game night dinner
Redfish (that I caught) with some shrimp and a baked tater.
Went simple on this. Coated filets with a little seas salt, lemon pepper, and dill. Put them in a non stick baking pan and brushed with lemon butter. Oven was preheated at 350 and I rebrushed with the lemon butter every 3-4 minutes to keep them moist and well coated until they were done. I put the shrimp in a medium sautee pan. Sprinkled with sea salt, pepper, dill, and poured some of the lemon butter in the pan. Sauteed for about 2 minutes. Simple prep, cooking method, and it was delicious.

sounds pretty good ... Lowry's works pretty good when you want to keep it simple also ....it's just hard to beat those ingredients , they have worked so well for so long
