Dumb contrived stat. Doesn't give us credit for beating LSU in 2014, LSU this year, etc. Does punish us for losing to LSU in 2011 despite not being anywhere near a top 25 team.
We will lose next week, beat BYU, beat Kentucky, split A&M and Arkansas, win UMASS, lose to Bama and beat Ole Miss. 8-4
NT
Our WR's still have trouble getting separation when both teams have the subs in.
This should be a 12-3 or maybe 9-3 game if they call the holds. We wouldn’t have won it regardless though. They got a huge homefield advantage like we did last week. You watch. UGA won’t show up next week. They won’t get the calls they got tonight. We got the benefit of the doubt last week because we were at home. Those no calls add up. Of course, we got the deer in the headlights Mullen and not the confident Mullen last week. UGA won’t get the calls they got tonight. I call the upset next week Tennessee over Georgia.
keytaon is going to be stud.
He has real tools
Kylin Hill is going to be outstanding for us.
Dan Mullen is why we lost tonight.
Yeah I know. That's why the stat is dumb. No stat based on "what the team was ranked at the time" ever matters in any context whatsoever. We really were a top 25 team in 2014, regardless of whether the lazy voters had figured it out yet or not. Opposite is true for 2011.
Yes, we have established that
It doesn't change the fact that the momentum & our confidence in this matchup completely changed when we got sucker punched.
We likely still lose, I get that, but I am curious what the game would've been like if we had not given that up
Kentucky is well on their way to beating Florida. They've lost 30 in a row I think they said so this will be a milestone.
Sorry, I got nothin'.
Smart just pointed across the field to
Mullen and said "f@&k you" after they stopped us from scoring. Never saw Dan come out to shake his hand.
