I love that they are getting data to check the stock. All these proposals not based on data is just dumb. One thing they brought up that I wouldn't mind is a closed season on trout. Maybe November through February. There isn't a ton of specks taken in that time but it could give a break in the pressure. That meeting in that article was intense b/c those folks on Big Lake were about ready tar and feather.
