There has to be an elaborate system of accounts in aliases to WIRE money to here there and yander. You know any cash that was withdrawn was done under the 10,000 reporting requirements. You know the big recruiting weekend demanded more than $10,000 cash.
In addition, it is worth looking into if there were dummy corporations set up to launder the funds and create an expense on the books for the individual(s) business sending all this cash. I guarantee nobody is taking that much money out of their personall savings. Someone's business was backing this recruiting enterprise.
