Baseball stuff - Mangum & Rooker mentioned

The College Baseball Central blog is counting down the days until the season starts. Today's entry is a short feature on Jake Mangum. While the piece could definitely use some copy-editing, there's no such thing as bad publicity.

D1 Baseball's Frankie Piliere posted a follow-up to their top 100 college prospects for 2017 piece, where they rated Mangum # 55, with an article about those who fell just outside of the top 100. Brent Rooker is featured in the pay section of the article. This quote stands out "When he's at his best, very few players around the country can make the ball jump off the barrel the way Rooker can. It's that superb barrel life that will keep him high on follow lists throughout the spring. And he's proven he can thrive against top flight SEC pitching as well."
