What kind of bird is this? Eagle?

This nest is in the cell tower behind my house. Are there any experts on here who could help me identify?

There is a male and female, with some smaller birds standing outside the nest.

Huge nest on top of the cell tower.

Won't live long on top of a cell tower....maybe. Know it's bad for humans to be too close to cellular transmitters.
