Not worried but if LL shows for the COI hearing where do you place the odds the bear lawyers will yell questions at him to either hope he slips and answers or a board member will then ask him that question?
I truly hope he does indeed go. When the proceedings begin, I hope the NCAA apologizes to Leo for the fact that Ole Miss released his name when it should have been withheld and then they proceed to (without any deliberation) announcing the death penalty....
To paraphrase the Beav., no way should they be getting away with slandering these young men (or their families) in public when the information should be kept private.
Leo actually doesnt have to go to Indy for this. It can be done by phone or skype
Unless they change their bylaws- OM will not be able to question him at the COI and nothing will be asked about State. This is all about OM.
What if Leo walks in there and says "I gave my Ole Miss gear to the escort that showed up in my hotel room"?
It's amazing to me that they think this hearing is about anything but them.
"Help us, Rebel Rags, you're our only hope!"
This OM prayer will be answered like all the rest of their trial balloons (investigation over, Nutt did it, Freeze not in the NOA, etc). They won't like the answer.
I hope they do ask him questions. So he can shove it straight back in their face again.
I'm assuming that since he was listed as SA39, that the NCAA would protect his privacy and even if he did go to the COI hearing that he would not ever be in the same room as the Ole Miss team. I mean we are talking about a student.
Who is ordering Leo to attend and for what reason? OM or the NCAA? Why not Kobe and Tunsil's stepdaddy?
I would have to think Leo's attorney will be accompanying him.
Where is Steve on this?
