DTV for 17 years. Hurricane knocked out my dish last month so I just got a whole new set up - box, cables, dish. We have had no rain since. Not one drop. So I have no idea.
What I do know is that at least here - DTV is the best option hands down. Comcrap goes out daily, sometimes for hours at a time. There are people in my neighborhood who lost their cable 6 weeks ago during the storm and still haven?t had Comcrap show up to fix. DTV has here 6 days after a major hurricane, and I didn?t have to pay a dime.
