It's MSU or TN for Carvin. It's a coin flip. We don't do great with those. Maybe we're due.
And so why should we act like them? Them not wanting a MSU coach that is qualified makes as much sense as our fans not wanting an Ole Miss grad that is qualified.
Because they will hire them away? Make them sign a non compete clause or set their buyout really high. If they refuse to agree to that, then we'll know what their intentions would be if Ole Miss comes calling and then we don't hire them. Problem solved.
Dont need to lose Lovett. Hes a good player
No, nowhere did I say shit about a spy infiltration. That would be dumb, which is why I’d never say it. What I’m saying is that we had many as good or better choices to choose from, yet we choose guys that will gladly leave us to go back to their alma mater in the future for equal pay, and take our playbooks and strategies on and off the field with them. To a team in state that we play every year and battle for recruits. It’s not worth it for us to hire OM guys unless they are hands down the best options out there...which these guys are definitely not. In fact, we’d be better off keeping what we have, which makes the hires even worse.
