I have a Lot 13 parking pass which is below the new cafeteria and by the intramural soccer fields. I would like to trade for a Lot 17 pass with money to boot. Lot 17 is directly across the street from 13 but I tailgate in 17 and need to unload stuff. Any help would be appreciated.
