I think most of you remember the chance I have to win a trip to Italy this summer in a recipe contest sponsored by Cavit Wine. The voting for the three recipes to be considered for the prize continues and I am asking EliteDawgs to pull through for me again. I really could use a bunch of votes and you can vote each day.

Preacher Matt - Yes and No - Not yet. I am ahead, but am accumulating a little more than 100 votes less than the second place guy, who is 2200 votes behind me, with maybe 35 days of voting left 35 days times 120 votes means he will pass me right at the end of the voting. The third and fourth place recipes may also pass me.
Right now looks good. My hope is that folks get tired of voting for the second - fourth place guys, but they all seem to have many friends who are voting for them at the moment. I hope that stops.

I voted and I like the looks of it.
I Am posting this to let you know the status of voting on the Cavit Wine contest.
As you can see, I am doing just fine today with 6325 votes. My lead over place #2 is was 2189 votes yesterday and 2094 today. A few days back my lead was 2500 votes, but if things go OK I will maintain my lead for the remaining 35 days.
