While reading the Hev debate, and listening to a couple shows on ESPN during my 8+ hour drive today, It occurred to me we have had a who's who of coaches pass thru Starkville as assistants. Arians, Trickett, are a couple. Add to the list because my brain can't remember them all right now...

LONG time ago, but Johnny Majors and Ken Donahue, who was Bear Bryant's defensive coordinator during their glory days was here before Bama took him from us. He coached on the 1963 Liberty Bowl Team.
Frank Wilson
Darrell Royal was our head coach. He went on to do well at another institution.
