That is so sad.
So sad to hear that!
Dang. I do hate that. Amazing young woman. Prayers to her loved ones and her teammates. Was just up at State for camp and they were selling teal State shirts at the camp store. I think they sold out of them the first day.
Kinda puts complaining about a coaching hire in perspective. Just terrible.
Terrible to hear.
I wish folks could’ve seen her before the cancer. She was a fantastic ball player! She was a bulldog!
Sad. My prayers.....
So sad. Thoughts and prayers for her family
I'll never understand stories like this. I pray for strength for the family and her teammates and friends.
Very sad to see a young person go before they can fulfill their dreams and potential.
As a parent, I know this has been very hard for her family.
Prayers for her family.
Praying for peace and comfort!!
Prayers for her family and friends! Sad and tragic.
This is so sad. I'll keep her and her family in my prayers.
This is just horrible. I really enjoyed watching our softball team play this year. You could tell how much they rallied around her.
You can tell the softball community is very close. Teams and opponents have donated to her family for medical expenses and the support to family and friends tonight on Twitter is heartwarming. I pray for peace and comfort for her family, friends, coaches and teammates.
Cancer is horrible. So sad. Prayers for her family, I cannot imagine.
17 cancer. From everything I've read and heard about her from friends who worked softball, she had an infectious smile. She touched and will continue to touch many more lives with her story. If you haven't read it, I'm sure someone can post the original story. No one fights alone, ED...No one fights alone
