Yes he can be redshirted. Better chance he doesn't make the squad next year depending on how the draft goes.

Also, for some of you that follow it, what does our recruiting class look like for next yr?

May be Germans, but Marrero isn't traveling with the team to focus on off the field priorities.

He was coming on the last few scrimmages. I hoped to have him as an option at DH or 1B.
