It is, but I do think there's a potential 11th amendment issue trying to sue a state entity in federal court on a state law based claim. If Ole Miss was a state agency, pretty sure the court would lack jurisdiction. If it were a municipality, the court would have jurisdiction. Not sure about a university. Money wouldn't come from state treasury, so maybe ok?Quote:
