I work with Gene's cousin and was saying Gene told him this morning he had heard there were at least some grumblings about postponing the game.

About BulldogBear
Biography:
If all goes according to plan, I could get to up to 18 FBS games and 1 D2 game in the 2023 season.

-First football game to attend: 1980 Mississippi State vs. Auburn at Mississippi Memorial Stadium with my mom and dad. I was 7 years old. We won 24-21. My mother worked at an antebellum home in Natchez named Auburn. I knew Auburn's colors were blue and orange and that they would be wearing all white. I naturally assumed a picture of the house would be on the side of their helmet!

-Last football game to attend: Three day, three game trip Thanksgiving Week. First the Egg Bowl on Thanksgiving night 11/23, followed by Middendorf's for lunch in route to UTSA @ Tulane Friday afternoon with Katie's in NOLA for dinner, then Texas A&M @ LSU Saturday. That makes 221 total FBS games attended and 129 Bulldog games attended.

-Next Up: Not sure. I have an inside track to go to AAC championship game down at Tulane (against UTSA) this coming Saturday. Considering it as I would like to take my wife for an overnight trip to New Orleans. If we don't do that, then the next game will be the Independence Bowl.

THE QUEST: I have a lifetime goal to see all FBS schools play live at least once. The latest added to the list was Western Michigan. That brings the total to 89. I'm over 2/3 now but new schools keep moving up to FBS!.

The top 5 school appearances in my list of games attended as of today are:

1) Mississippi State - 129 games. Dawgs are 76-53
2) Ole Miss - 55 games but includes 23 Egg Bowl crossovers
3) Southern Mississippi - 15 games
4t) Arkansas - 14 games (I never saw that coming 5 years ago)
