Headed home from Memphis as I type.. I've eaten my weight in Pulled Pork in the last 24 hrs ... I'm thinking Turkey Sandwich, Chips, Diet Coke followed up with several Miller Lites.

"Cream cheese sausage rotel dip" that sounds good..what's the recipe. Is that the the standard dip with cream cheese and sausage.

Ribs, maybe some pork loin chops. Habanero pepper jelly over cream cheese.

My wife makes it but I think so. Instead of velveeta she uses a block of cream cheese.

Grilling some chicken, nachos, and I make awesome pico de gallo and guacamole. And it feels like a Blue Moon day.

Basically, cook the ground sausage, then drain, then melt two blocks of cc in microwave stirring every minute, and mix in two cans of rotel (drained) with cc during melting process, once cc is melted and not lumpy, add sausage and mix. We call it crack dip. Eat with Fritos.

We've been snacking all day... We ate some sausage balls before lunch, then some really good stuffed mushrooms, then ro-tel, now I'm frying some beer battered mushrooms, and I will grill up some hot wings at halftime.

One of my family's favorite....take two cream cheese blocks, two cans rotel and one "thing" of jimmy dean sausage (brown the sausage and drain - mix in).....so, you are using cream cheese in place of velvita

It is awesome!

Some local Boy Scouts smoked Boston Butts for a fundraiser. We ate one of those. It was good. Everything else was normal stuff: chips/dip, baked beans, slaw, cookies, king cake, ice cream. Good eats for a terrible game
